Our LV switchgear busbar supports (also known as busbar clamps or holders) are designed to fix and insulate copper busbars inside low voltage switchgear enclosures. They maintain proper electrical clearance, withstand dynamic short-circuit forces, and prevent phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground faults.
Materials: Available in high-strength SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), DMC (Dough Molding Compound).
Configurations: Single, three-phase, or four-phase supports. Adjustable and fixed types for different busbar widths and current ratings (up to 6300A).
Compatibility: Fit standard C-profile frames and 25mm modular hole systems.
Installation: Easy snap-on or bolt-on mounting. Ventilation slots optional for heat dissipation.
