The Superset (S-Frame) New Low-Voltage Switchgear Enclosure is developed on the basis of GCK, MNS and GCS series, absorbing their electrical and structural advantages while undergoing extensive secondary development.

 

The result is a fully optimized, highly integrated enclosure with significant universality – its structure and electrical parameters can completely replace traditional platforms. Superset offers a future‑proof, modular solution for power distribution, motor control, and infrastructure projects.

Product Details

Frame Structure – Strength & Precision

The frame uses standard C‑profile (25mm thickness). For high‑tolerance current schemes, a thickened profile (37.5mm) is available.

The G‑beam ends adopt a bending and overlapping buckle design, improving installation accuracy and structural strength.

Integrated bending plates and high‑strength screws ensure reliable frame connections.

Frame connection – stable, high forming precision. Suitable for demanding environments.

Busbar Position & Cable Entry

  • Horizontal Busbar Position – Upper part of enclosure
  • Incoming Types – Top overhead, bottom incoming
  • Cable Entry Directions – Rear bottom, rear top, side bottom, side top

Drawer Unit

Superset drawer units are manufactured with standardized sheet metal featuring double‑bent edges to eliminate sharp burrs and increase strength.

Positioning slots improve assembly efficiency, and steel rivets replace self‑tapping screws to avoid hand injuries.

  • Hand‑pull type operating mechanism– simple, low cost, reliable locking
  • Hand‑cranked – smooth, reduced effort for high‑force drawers
  • Motorized – remote control ready
  • All three mechanisms share the same front panel layout and structural parts – you can switch between them at any time without modifying the drawer.

 

Basic Module Features:

  • Modular assembly for fast delivery and easy on‑site upgrade
  • Up to two sets of normally open / normally closed contacts available at TEST and WORKING positions
  • Standard: 1NO+1NC at TEST position; optional additional set at WORKING position
