Remote After-sales Service
Our technical team will contact customers to address their questions and provide technical guidance until product qualification is confirmed. If customers cannot resolve issues independently, we will supply spare parts or arrange for product return and repair. Post-repair, the marketing department will verify product qualification with customers.
On-site After-sales Service
For products unavailable for remote service, we will dispatch personnel for on-site after-sales support. We respond to customer complaints or after-sales requests within 12 working hours, and arrange professional technical staff for on-site service within 24 working hours when required.
Three-Guarantee Service
The quality guarantee period for the company's products is 12 months. During this period, the company offers three guarantees: for any quality issues that arise, free services will be provided.
