The Superset(GW) Low-Voltage Switchgear Enclosure is manufactured in full compliance with the *State Grid Corporation of China – Standard Design and Customization Scheme for Distribution Network Equipment (2019 Edition) – 0.4kV Low-Voltage Switchgear*.

 

All technical parameters conform to the typical structure of State Grid distribution equipment standards. Main circuit connectors, secondary connectors, drawer interlocking mechanisms, and other electrical structural accessories are all produced by Deyuan Electric, providing high‑quality assurance for the high‑reliability and high‑safety requirements of State Grid power distribution systems.LV Switchgear Drawer rated current:80A,125A,160A,250A,400A.

Drawer height options: 200H (200mm) and 300H (300mm) – conforming to State Grid standards.

Maximum drawer current: 400A. Layout is arranged from small current at the top to large current at the bottom.

Drawer sheet metal features:

  • Double‑bent edges – eliminates burrs, increases strength
  • Positioning slots – precise alignment, improves assembly efficiency
  • Steel rivets – replaces self‑tapping screws, avoids sharp edges that injure operators

Drawer Primary & Secondary Connectors

All primary and secondary connectors are manufactured by Deyuan Electric – fully compatible with State Grid standard drawer units.

Operating Mechanisms – Hand‑Pull / Hand‑Cranked / Motorized

  • Hand‑pull and hand‑cranked mechanisms are both available – front panel layout is identical, structural parts are interchangeable.
  • Motorized operation optional.
  • Unlocking mechanism, TEST position, and WORKING position can all be equipped with auxiliary contacts for electrical interlocking.
  • Drawer sheet metal design fully considers secondary wiring convenience and safe edge treatment (rounded corners, flanges) to prevent operator injury.
  • Up to two sets of normally open / normally closed contacts can be installed at both TEST and WORKING positions
