Drawer Operating Mechanism

Hand-pull (direct-handle): Push/pull operation, 3 positions (disconnect/test/connect), 24mm travel, suitable for ≤250A drawers.
Hand-cranked (racking): Rotary screw drive, 4 positions (draw-out/disconnect/test/connect), 48–50mm travel for≥400A high-current drawers. Both provide mechanical interlock.

Yes. All mechanisms have clear position indication (text/color or LED). Auxiliary switches (1NO+1NC or up to 2NO+2NC) can be installed at test and/or connect positions. LED indicator (yellow/red) is optional.

Yes. We offer electric operation modules for DJG-7 and DJG-8 series racking mechanisms. Please specify when ordering – we will provide the motorized version with position feedback.

We supply handles with heights of 69mm, 82mm, 119mm (standard) ; custom heights available on request. The handle length must match your drawer front panel thickness.

Please provide the drawer height, current rating, mechanism type (hand-pull or hand-cranked), and photos of the old mechanism (especially the mounting plate). Our technical team will identify the correct model (e.g., DLS6, DLJ, DJG-7, DSTJG1-1).

Our mechanisms are designed for standard 25mm E-module frames. While we do not claim direct brand interchangeability, many customers have successfully retrofitted our mechanisms after minor panel modifications. Please send your old mechanism drawing for compatibility check.
