Primary Connector

Yes. Every primary moving connector (DCT, DJZ, DCT6C, DCT7 series) is designed to pair only with our corresponding fixed connector (DCZ series). Never mix with other brands-mismatched pairs may cause overheating or poor contact.

Double-clip design ensures stable contact pressure, reduces contact resistance, and maintains electrical performance after repeated insertion/extraction (tested to ≥10,000 cycles). It also allows some tolerance in alignment.

Our patented design includes convex points between inserts (increases surface area) and ventilation slots in the housing. This improves heat dissipation and keeps temperature rise well below IEC limits even at rated current (e.g., 630A).

Most series use 55mm phase clearance and 6mm busbar thickness. For specific applications we offer 50mm phase clearance with 5mm busbar (e.g., DCT9 series). Always confirm when ordering.

Yes. Our DJCF, DRC, and DJCF13 series offer up to 16 pairs (32 poles) . Configurations include 5/10, 6/12, 8/16, 10/20, 12/24, 15/30, and 16/32 (pairs/poles). Gold or silver plating available.

Pre-wired (1.5mm² or 2.5mm², length 900mm) is available for some secondary connector models. Test contacts (position indication) are optional on request-please specify “with test contact” when ordering (e.g., DRC9-10/20S).
