DJG1-1G Drawer Interlock System

Four‑position drawout operating mechanism with mechanical interlock

The DJG1-1G series is a four‑position pushing (racking) mechanism designed for low voltage drawout switchgear. It provides reliable operation with clear position indication: draw‑out, disconnect, test, and connect. The mechanism features a 50mm travel and includes mechanical interlocking to ensure safe operation.

Product Details

  • Four positions – Draw‑out, disconnect, test, and connect
  • Text and color code indication – Clear visual position display
  • 50 mm travel from test to connect positions (total pushing travel)
  • Test position function – Auxiliary circuit connected, main switch can be tested (open/close)
  • Mechanical interlock – When the rotary switch handle is closed, the mechanism is locked at any working position
  • Pushing and working position interlock – Prevents incorrect operation
  • Electric operation option – Multi‑function electric pushing mechanism available with working position mechanical locking and electrical interlocking
  • Limit guide rail – Optional accessory for large‑capacity switch drawers; prevents deformation of the mechanism mounting plate

  • Draw‑out position – The drawer can be pushed in or pulled out. Position indicator shows “draw‑out”.
  • Disconnect position – From the draw‑out position, rotate the mechanism clockwise by 30°. The indicator shows “disconnect”. At this moment, both primary and secondary circuits are disconnected. The drawer cannot be pushed in or pulled out.
  • Test position – Continue rotating clockwise; the drawer moves forward. When the test position is reached, the indicator shows “test”. The micro switch activates, the secondary circuit is connected, and the main switch can be tested (open/close). The drawer is locked and cannot move.
  • Connect position – Continue rotating clockwise to the connection position. The indicator shows “connect”. The micro switch deactivates, both primary and secondary circuits are connected, the main switch can be closed, and the mechanism is locked. The drawer cannot be withdrawn.

Select the mechanism model according to drawer height and the square shaft size matching the switch.

Select the limit guide rail according to the drawer insertion/extraction force (optional for large‑capacity drawers).
